About Us
French (K)night is a brand of Béthel, a production company registered in France (SIREN 901 689 448).
The studio is run by François, producer and male performer. His face never appears on camera, but you meet him on a video call before committing to anything: you always know who you are shooting with.
We produce series in a consistent format, released on Fansly for an international audience. Every performer is credited under her stage name, with a link to her own accounts.
Our Format
Hotel — one day. Two scenes shot in a hotel room during the day. The simplest format for a first shoot together.Road trip — two days. A five-scene story in a love room, in a French city: arrival, evening, morning, couple scenes, goodbye. City outings are filmed for promotional clips.Domination and submission — two days. Five scenes about a woman who chooses, and asks, to be dominated. Practices, restraints and their limits are agreed with you before the shoot, and nothing is added on the day.All formats are shot in France. The practices in each scene are listed in writing and approved by you before any booking.
Our Format
1. First contact by email or through the form. We send you our full pack: formats, terms, consent protocol and contract clauses.2. 20-minute video call to get to know each other, present the project and talk about your limits. You are never asked for photos or a demonstration.3. Written summary: date, location, the practices you chose, your fee, expenses covered. You confirm it in writing.4. Contract sent at least one week before the shoot, so you can read it or have it reviewed.5. Shoot day: we go over consent together before every scene. You can take a break or stop at any time.6. Payment by bank transfer on the day, before you leave.7. After the shoot: you receive your promo kit and you are credited on every release.
Pay and Visibility
Pay• A fixed fee, confirmed in writing before you commit [option: from €[amount] per shooting day].• Paid by bank transfer on the day, before you leave.• Travel, accommodation and meals covered by the production.• STI tests paid for by the production.Your visibility• Every free clip is released as « French (K)night presents [your stage name] », with a link to your account.• After the shoot, you receive a ready-to-post kit: a HD teaser of about 15 seconds, non-explicit clips, visuals, captions and a personal tracking link.• A capped promotion bonus is paid on top of your fee, based on subscriptions coming through your tracking link.• In return, we ask for one post on release day, then a reminder on day 3, day 7 and day 14.
Security and Consent
Your safety, in writing• You choose your practices. You tick the list yourself before booking. Nothing is added on the day.• Consent is reviewed before every scene, following our written protocol. You can take a break or stop at any time, no explanation needed.• A safe word and a non-verbal signal are agreed before we start.• Recent STI tests for both performers, shared before the shoot [validity to confirm, for example under 14 days].• Scenes with restraints: you are never left alone while tied, even when the storyline suggests it. A way to release you immediately is always within reach.• You are welcome to bring someone you trust.• [To confirm: on two-day formats, your own space to sleep off camera.]• Everything is contracted with the company, never between individuals.• If you have a verified Fansly account, your participation is recorded by the platform itself, from your own account.
Where and how your scenes are released
• Scenes are published on Fansly for an international audience, and non-explicit clips are used for promotion on social media.• You assign the company the rights to use the scenes you shoot, under the terms set out in the contract [duration, territories and media to confirm with the lawyer].• [Terms if you ask for a scene to be taken down: to be defined with the lawyer.]• Your legal name never appears: only your stage name is used.• You receive the full contract at least one week before the shoot.
FAQ
Do I need a Fansly account? No. If you have one, your participation is recorded directly by the platform. If not, we send Fansly a consent file that you sign.Can I refuse a practice or change my mind? Yes, at any time, including during the shoot. A practice you did not tick will never be suggested on the day.Who will be on set? The producer, who is also your scene partner, and anyone whose name you know in advance. You are welcome to bring someone.Where do shoots take place? In France, in selected hotels and love rooms. The exact location is in your written summary.Are my travel expenses covered? Yes: travel, accommodation and meals.What if a shoot is cancelled? [Cancellation terms, for both sides, to be defined.]
